Have you been wondering about starting a new business and how it all works?
Or maybe you've been listening to all my podcasts about land and you are interested, but don't want to be an active business owner. Maybe, you are wondering.... how you might be able to passively invest in land without the investment of time?
I have the honor of having two folks with me who I have worked with before to tackle these 2 questions.
Howard Zonder and I have known each other for about 3 years. I use his software product called "LandSpeed" which helps me to automate my mailing and due diligence and deed creation and defaults for my land business.
Before that, he served in our military, worked for a fortune 500 company, and ran/still runs his own land business.
Dave Van Steenkiste and I have "known of" one another for quite some time and I've been admiring from afar some of his properties and how he has ran his land business. He's had a lot of experience in flipping both houses and land.
Together, they partnered to create a new land education platform called Land.MBA

Katrina Ubell is a Master Certified Life and Weight Loss Coach and host of the popular Weight Loss for Busy Physicians Podcast. This ruggedly handsome fella has been in the biz of real estate and land flipping over the last decade and his approach is in some ways very similar to mine, but also has some very stark contrasts.
What I love about his content is that it is raw and real. He provides TONS of content on the do's and don'ts of land flipping and real estate in general. He isn't afraid to tell us about how hard it is to work this business---- especially when you get started out.
He has countless blog posts that help guide us and direct us on how to get there.
Needless to say, I was very geeked out and honored to spend some time with him chatting about flippin' dirt.

Our next guest is the CEO of Golden Tax Relief, an organization helping individuals and businesses with wage garnishments, delinquent tax returns, bankruptcy, and more.
He takes the time to carefully review each unique case and develops a thorough plan that will resolve tax problems quickly and efficiently.
He felt it was important to open Golden Tax Relief because of his own past experiences with the IRS. In 2012, he had his identity stolen, and someone tried to file his taxes without his knowledge. It took several years, letters, and calls to the IRS, he finally got it straightened out. But what a mess!
As an Enrolled Agent, he knew how the IRS worked, and yet it was extremely frustrating to know what
needed to be done and be unable to get their help. He could only imagine how someone who doesn’t know or understand the IRS must feel. Dealing with the IRS can be terrifying for someone who has never had to do that before.
